The offered accommodations are not owned by Encantado C.B. but offered by Encantado C.B. in name of the management office and/or owner to our visitors. Encantado C.B. acts only as an intermediary between the two parties. The rental agreement will be between the management office/owner and the renter. The management office/owner is responsible for the stated rental prices, reservation and other conditions.
Should differences occur concerning the rental agreement, Encantado C.B. cannot be held responsible. We would like to be informed of such problems to be able to keep our services reliable.
We advise everybody to take care of good travel and/or cancellation insurance. The rental of self-catering accommodations does not include hosting services.
Should you be forced to cancel the reservation please inform us, the management office/owner as soon as possible. With the reservation form usually the cancellation conditions are included.
